1. le dossier \u00e9lectronique du patient DEP n’est pas financ\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re durable dans sa forme actuelle Compte tenu du d\u00e9lai \u00e0 couvrir jusqu’\u00e0 l’entr\u00e9e en vigueur de la r\u00e9vision compl\u00e8te, le montant allou\u00e9 de 15 CHF (ou 30 CHF avec le doublement) par dossier ouvert ne contribue gu\u00e8re, voire pas du tout, \u00e0 combler le d\u00e9ficit de ressources.<\/p>\n

L’Alliance demande que<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 le montant f\u00e9d\u00e9ral \u00e0 allouer est port\u00e9 \u00e0 50 CHF,<\/p>\n

\u2022 les aides financi\u00e8res soient en outre li\u00e9es au nombre de fournisseurs de prestations dans une communaut\u00e9 ou une communaut\u00e9 de base,<\/p>\n

\u2022 les communaut\u00e9s et les communaut\u00e9s de base interr\u00e9gionales peuvent \u00e9galement b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de subventions,<\/p>\n

\u2022 pr\u00e9voir imp\u00e9rativement que non seulement les cantons mais aussi des tiers puissent participer au sens des aides financi\u00e8res.<\/p>\n
